By accessing, browsing, or using the php987 website, mobile interface, or any gaming services made available through the php987 platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you (the "User" or "Player") confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

• Date of birth

• Valid email address

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Before php987 can process any withdrawal from your account, you must successfully complete identity verification by submitting a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Accepted documents include: UMID, Driver's License (LTO-issued), Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, and Voter's ID. A selfie for facial-matching may also be required.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php987 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your password strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party under any circumstances
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service or account
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — php987 strongly recommends this
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices
• Notify php987 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account

php987 staff will never request your password through any channel. Any communication purporting to be from php987 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

php987 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided that php987 has fulfilled its own security obligations under these Terms.

All transactions on the php987 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published on the Platform's banking page.

Deposits. php987 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and verified under your KYC profile. php987 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be matched to your verified identity.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. php987 targets a processing time of approximately 15 minutes for GCash withdrawals, though actual processing times may vary due to payment provider processing, verification requirements, or volume. php987 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times.

php987 reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks before processing any withdrawal. These checks may temporarily delay the processing of your withdrawal request.

php987 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum deposit requirements, and game restrictions, which are published at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are not directly withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php987 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are not legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction
• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under the name of any third party
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property published on the php987 Platform are the exclusive property of php987 or its licensors and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of php987.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, php987 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

php987's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

php987 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network failures, or force majeure events may temporarily render the Platform unavailable. php987 shall not be liable for any losses arising during periods of unavailability.

Upon account closure for reasons other than Player misconduct, php987 will return any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to the Player's verified payment method within a commercially reasonable time.

php987 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, php987 will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit php987's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in connection with a breach or threatened breach of these Terms.
